Every quick check and full report you run is saved in your private idea vault. Only you can see it. You can delete one idea or all of them at any time, and you can watch an idea's market from a finished run.
What private means
The vault page shows the promise in a card called "How your ideas stay private":
- Your ideas, and every report about them, are yours alone. They are never published or shown on public pages. TrendGap never uses them for its own research or to train models.
- When AI reads your idea, the service that passes your text to the AI has its request log switched off, so it keeps no copy. Your idea never goes into TrendGap's logs, and no copy is stored where other people's requests could reuse it.
- You can delete one evaluation or the whole vault at any time. Deleting your account deletes everything in it. See Privacy and your data.
Your idea's text is never put in a page address either. When the idea generator hands an idea to the evaluator, the text stays inside your browser tab.
Open the vault
- In the menu, click "Validate", then "Private vault" in the entries below it. You can also click "Private vault" at the top of the idea evaluator.
- Look at "Your evaluated ideas". It lists every run, newest first, with its "Result", its "Change" against the last run of the same idea, and the day it was "Checked".
- Click "Open" to read a run in the idea evaluator. Click "Show more" to load older runs.
Runs from the earlier version of the evaluator are marked "Earlier evaluator". You can see their score and delete them, but they do not open in the idea evaluator.
Delete one idea or all of them
- To delete one run, click the trash button ("Delete this idea") in its row, or "Delete" on an open run. It is deleted for good, with its report and its watch.
- To empty the vault, click "Delete all my ideas", then "Delete everything". This cannot be undone.
- A full report that is still being written cannot be deleted yet. Wait until it finishes, then try again.
- When projects are available, the confirmation also reminds you that projects, build packs and launch kits made from an idea stay until you delete them.
The same "Private idea vault" card, with "Delete all my ideas", is also in Settings on the "Profile" tab. So you can always clear your ideas there.
Watch an idea's market
When the Watchlist is available on your account, a finished run shows "Watch this idea's market". Click "Save & watch this market". TrendGap then watches the idea's main keyword, or its main app when there is no keyword.
If a quick check found no keyword, the button stays greyed out. A full report also looks up apps, so it may give you something to watch.
- It is a normal keyword or app watch. It shows in your Watchlist and counts with your other watches. Your plan also sets how many evaluated ideas you can watch, and the card shows how many you use.
- On paid plans, TrendGap re-checks the idea's market each week. When complaints rise or search demand moves in the niches that match your idea, your Inbox gets "Your idea's market moved".
- On Free, your watches are covered by "Your weekly watch summary" in your Inbox instead.
- A watched run shows "Watching since" with the keyword or app. It may also show an "Estimate": the score the idea would get if it ran again today on stored data.
- If you go over your plan's watch limit, the newest watches pause. The run then says "Paused: your plan's watch limit is reached."
- Click "Stop watching" to end the watch. Deleting the run removes its watch too.
