How this is worked out (formula version 1)
  • MRR = monthly customers × monthly price + yearly customers × yearly price ÷ 12
  • ARR = MRR × 12
  • Revenue per customer = MRR ÷ paying customers
  • Net new MRR = new + expansion − churned − contraction (a blank one counts as 0)
