The "Competitors" group of the Tools hub sizes up any website: its traffic, keywords, links, ads and technology. The "App stores" group helps with an app's store listing and its reviews. Each tile shows its price, and every run follows the same rules.

Traffic and keyword gap

"Traffic and competitor analysis" shows a domain's estimated organic visits (visits from unpaid search results), its top keywords and its competitors. It also shows the keyword gap: what one competitor ranks for and the domain doesn't.

  1. Type the "Domain".
  2. If you like, fill in "Competitor (optional)" for the keyword gap. Leave it empty to compare with the top competitor found.
  3. Switch on "12-month history" if you want the trend. It adds to the price, and the confirm box shows the exact amount.
  4. Click "Run · … credits".
  5. To keep the result, click "Report (Markdown)". It downloads a competitive analysis report.

If you have "Watchlist" in your menu, click "Watch this domain" on a finished run. It adds a monthly watch of the domain's estimated organic traffic to your watchlist. On Pro and above you can also switch on a monthly re-run.

  • "Backlinks & authority": backlinks are links from other sites. Type the "Domain" and pick a "Report". "Summary" shows authority (how strong its links are), referring domains (the sites that link to it), backlinks and the 12-month link trend.
  • "Full report" (paid plans) adds lists of the top backlinks, the top referring domains and the anchors (the words used in the links).
  • "Google Ads competitor view" (paid plans): type the "Domain". You see the keywords it pays for, the ads it shows on Google now and its estimated paid traffic. The figures are estimates, not the advertiser's own numbers. It runs in the background.

What a site runs on

  • "Tech stack lookup": type a "Domain" to see what the site is built with, as our data provider detected it. That covers its CMS (the system that runs the site), analytics, hosting, payments and more. A technology used only after sign-in, or on pages the crawler did not visit, may be missing.
  • "Company profile": when Market Radar is on, this tool also appears in the Competitors group. It builds a private search profile of any domain: organic traffic, top keywords, competing sites and tech stack, with an optional "12-month trend". Only you see it.
  • If the site is already in TrendGap's data, its ready-made company profile opens instead, free. See Market Radar.

App store listings

The "ASO helper" helps with app store optimization (ASO): getting an app found in its store. For now it reads the US store, in English.

  1. Paste the app's link from the App Store or the Android app store.
  2. Click "Run · … credits".
  3. Read the keywords the app ranks for and the apps it competes with.
  4. Then read the AI suggestions for its name, subtitle and description. They are kept to each field's length. Check them before you use them.

Replies to app reviews

The "Review reply generator" is free on every plan, with a daily limit.

  1. Paste the review under "The review".
  2. If you like, set "Stars", "App name (optional)", "Tone" ("Friendly", "Professional" or "Apologetic") and "Language".
  3. To draw on a niche's complaint themes, pick it under "Ground it in a niche you watch (optional)".
  4. Click "Write a reply".

The "Suggested reply" shows its length next to the most characters the Android app store allows. "Download .txt" saves it. The page also shows how many replies you have left today and how many AI assists are left this period.

The review is sent to the AI for this reply only and is not saved, so this tool keeps no history.
