Lists, hide and triage help you turn a long library into a short list. They work on every plan, and only you see them.
Add a niche to a list
- On any card in Opportunities, click "Add to list".
- In "Save to a list", click a list to add the niche. Click it again to take the niche out.
- To start a new list, click "New list", type a "List name" (for example "Weekend builds") and click "Create list". The niche goes into the new list.
Once a niche is in a list, its button reads "Saved". Locked cards can go into lists too.
Hide what doesn't fit
Click "Hide" on a card to take it out of your library and Home. A message offers "Undo" right away. To see hidden niches again, turn on "Show hidden" in the toolbar above the cards, then click "Unhide" on a card.
Triage a view
Triage shows the niches of your current view one at a time, so you can decide quickly. It follows the filters and sort you set, and it leaves out niches you already judged or hid, and niches your plan does not open.
- Set the filters you want in Opportunities.
- Click "Triage" in the toolbar, press T, or click "Start triage" under the list.
- For each niche choose "Keep", "Skip" or "Watch". Keys: K or → to keep, S or ← to skip, W to watch, Z to undo. On a phone, swipe right to keep and left to skip.
- Click "Exit triage" when you are done. "All caught up" means every niche you can open in the view has a verdict or is hidden.
"Keep" adds the niche to your list "Kept in triage". "Skip" hides it. "Watch" records your interest; it does not add the niche to your watchlist. If you use the "Fit for you" sort, your verdicts also tune it, for you only.
My lists
Open My lists from the menu (under "Opportunities") or from the library toolbar. There you find:
- "Your lists", each with its niches as cards. Rename or delete a list with the icons next to its name; deleting a list never removes its niches from the library.
- "Hidden": the niches you hid, each with an "Unhide" button.
- Your triage tally ("Triage so far") and "Triage the library", to triage the whole library at once.
- "Open in the library", which shows a list inside Opportunities, where you can sort and filter it.
In Opportunities you can also pick one of your lists in the toolbar (it starts on "All niches") to show only that list. There is a cap on how many lists you can keep, how many niches a list holds and how many niches you can hide; TrendGap tells you when you reach one.
Export a view
On Pro and above, "Export" in the toolbar saves the current view as a "CSV (spreadsheets)" or "JSON" file. The file holds each niche's measured fields and a link to its report, never review text. Exported rows count toward a monthly allowance, which the export window shows. On other plans the button is marked "Pro".
